  • Repetition

The other words for repetition are habit, routine, job, business, breathing, processes, sleeping, home, office, work, practice, mundane, boredom, bureaucracy, sitting in front of your desktop/laptop, picking mobile phone and scrolling, clicking selfies, listening to favorite songs, mugging up for exams… Can you think of more? May be, I can think of more.

    Repetition.

I came across an amazing expression a few days back: unidentical repetition. Can you think of examples? Reading, perhaps. Procreation.

Let me throw at you this expression: Exciting Repetition.

    Enthusiastic Repetition?

I have had a hard time being enthusiastic about repetition. To be this way is to be melancholic.

  • Creativity

A big part of practice is trying to repeat and through the process of repeating, gain fluency in what is being repeated.

The leap from fluency in repetition to ‘creation of new’, how does that happen?

  • Tyranny of Repetition

    Breathing is repetitive.

We are not conscious of the repetition that goes on while breathing, until we pay attention to it for some reason.

All other repetitions are too overbearing for me right now. As if I don’t have the energy to bathe once again, to open an excel sheet and make a statement of estimates for another new business once again.

This chewing wood I am chewing over and over again is still not so bad.

So breathing and chewing chewing wood. Let me go to sleep.
