Indian schools are time suckers. The entire education system probably is.
They have a hard time promoting ‘reading’ among the kids. And on top of that, they do not leave much time for the kids to develop any sort of reading habit.
2 situations below:
Schools + Incompetent Teachers + Mobile Phones + Tuition Classes
Poor Schools + Poor Towns + Poor Villages + Poor Teachers
The builder has cheated the buyers. I am also one of the buyers. I understand what kind of cheating has happened and is still happening. I am making efforts to figure a way.

Warm in India? Why would they offer it warm! Am up, sitting in my bed, coz of feeling so warm at 3:25 in the middle of an Indian night, in shorts. What the funny hell is happening!
2 kinds of English language speakers in India:
One that couples expressive words without any expression. Other that couples expressive words with equally expressive expressions.
Between the 2 ends, may exist a surprising mix of speakers.
