  • 100 Squats

    Yesterday, for the first time, I did 100 squats in one short session. 3 sets. 50, 20, 30.

    Didn’t have any weight on my shoulders to add to the stress. Will try with weights now.

  • Chin-ups-in-Progress

    Dear Razia Sultan,

    So my motion through chin-ups has gotten so much better. Am pleasantly surprised. Took quite a long time to come to this. I wouldn’t have imagined such a long time, but then I didn’t keep a track of progress in motion and time, both. I just kept doing different variations and tried to improve the counts.

    Did you keep a track of your age Razia Sultan? How would you have measured the impact of your incredible political moves?

    Here I am just happy with my chin-up counts.
