Marketing Spirit

There are four wine+liquor shops around here in Hiranandani. I've bought beer/wine from all of these shops at least once. But there's one that stands out. It's called WORLD OF SPIRITS.

From the outside it doesn't appear very big and one might think it's a pretty fancy name for a small shop like that.

But ever since I've been to this shop, I haven't gone to others. Reason: this shop lets you in and see for yourself all that's in there. And when you are in there, you realize all the variety he's got in that small shop. Add to all of this, you get to pick the stuff you like and you are not bothered by the owner or the salesguys to hurry up.

The spirit is one of invitation, they let you stay, and when it's the right spirit, you invariably stay.

Pretty relevant. I guess it’s to do with the thing that ultimately whenever one goes for shopping, one wants to relax. And doesn;t anyone telling him/ her anything, unless asked for.. Simply beacause when at home/ workplace, this liberty is not there.
So,the sellers need to cater to this need for relaxation, before anything else. Which unfortunately quite often doesn’t happen, with very eager salespeople following you, watching you, making u conscious, spying on u, preying on u… Just the way it happens at home or the office.
I think the sales people need to relax first, so dat shoppers have a pleaseant and relaxed shopping experience !!
