How do you practice self-care?

Plenty of ways to practice self-care, now that I ponder over the question.

First, I felt, by reading.

Second, it struck me, by rummaging through plenty of titles to find the most intriguing titles to sample new books.

Third, the most convincing one, by being whimsical, in everything I do. With or without showing anyone what I do. That restores my faith.

Fourth, by giving a lot of time one fine day to self-grooming.

Fifth, stepping out to run, no matter the weather.
