Or friends at first sight. Has it happened with you? How often? I presume quite often it must have happened that when you saw a person it gave you a good feeling. May be coz he/she dressed well, may be he/she had a good face, may be he/she emanated a great smell; there could be many good things that can endear a person to you in the first instance.
When you meet a client for the first time, the first few seconds or minutes are just spent watching each other, seeing each other. What do you do to create the first impression? Do you dress well? Does your physical presence itself inspire something positive, something worth appreciating?
